The situation on the Polish hotel market is gradually developing. The previous year featured a massive expansion of global brands and an appreciation for the potential of the tourist areas. The years to come seem to be equally promising, too. The following networks plan to set up their facilities: InterContinental Hotels Group, Accor/Orbis, Best Western or Hilton Worldwide. Moreover, developers and investment funds, that have stayed away from the hotel-related projects so far, start recognizing a growing profitability within this particular industry.

A considerable interest in the hotel real estates, have inspired us to pose some questions, that seem to be vital to the entire industry. What are the new development directions in Central and Eastern Europe? Who will consider Poland an attractive investment market? How do Polish and European cities try to acquire new investments? Who are those fresh investors in Central and Eastern Europe? These are some of the issues to be discussed over the fourth edition of the Spotlight Hotel Investment Poland and CEE conference, to be held September 12 - 13 in Warsaw.

Similarly to the preceding years, the conference topics will focus on around 6 theme sessions: Hotel Construction & Development, Investment, City, Financing, Chain, Architecture & Design. The brand new thing in this year edition is the workshop named: New Comers, dedicated to new hotel operators, not so much common in Central and Eastern Europe and Session New Trends in Hospitality.

Investors, Members of Management Boards of hotel networks, financing institutions, developers, financial advisors, real estate consultants, lawyers and representatives of Polish and foreign cities, invited to join the debate, are going to discuss the perspectives related to the further market development, subsidizing options and  adaptation of new areas for the purpose of hotel facilities. Like every year, impetuous talks conducted throughout the conference will be accompanied with presentations and inquiries raised by the audience. The first day of the event will be closed with a formal cocktail party.

The last year edition  attracted over 250 local and foreign visitors, operating  within the industry. The panelists and guests included the representatives of: InterContinental Hotels Group, Vienna House, Hilton Worldwide, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Orbis Hotel Group, Accor Hotels, B& B Hotels, Christie & Co, Kempinski Hotels, Chapman Taylor, STR Hotels, Invesco Real Estate, White&Case. According to opinions of the participants attending the 3rd edition of Spotlight Hotel Investment Poland & CEE conference, this event is a perfect opportunity to share expertise and know-how as well as search for an inspiration and practical solutions. This is also a chance to meet top practitioners  and market experts from all over Europe, and establish new business relations. We are looking forward to hosting you in Warsaw on September 12-13!
